WORKSHOP: What's New at eWebinar! — Summer 2022

eWebinar evolves quickly. While this is a great thing, it's been a challenge from the start to keep our customers updated about new features and their benefits so they can start using them in their webinars and feeling the love. ❤️

To fix this, we put together a 25-minute, workshop-style webinar, hosted by eWebinar COO, Todd Parmley, to demo over a dozen new features launched this summer.

How is this webinar a workshop?

This workshop-style webinar was made possible by two things:

• We partnered with iorad, an automagical product tutorial builder
• We just launched a new Pause video interaction

Here's how it works:

1. Todd will explain a feature, what it is and why it matters.
2. He'll then pause the video and share a link to an iorad tutorial, which demonstrates how to use the feature.
3. You can watch the tutorial (or not) and play the video when you're ready to continue.

What if you only care about certain features?

The webinar has an interactive Agenda — also a new feature! — that lists the features to be discussed, so you can jump ahead to the ones you care about and skip over the ones you don't. (Below is a preview of what the new Agenda feature looks like.)

If you choose to watch the whole webinar and every single tutorial, the experience takes about 40 minutes. But that's up to you — so sign up now!

New Webinar Room Features + Test Link

• Closed captions for greater accessibility
• More video control for attendees (pause + playback speed)
• Webinar room test link to preview your webinar before launch

Enhancements to Registration

• 'Image background' section for your registration pages
• New formatting options + CTAs
• More options for the improved 'Embed form' widget

Changes to Email Notifications

• Ability to define the email preview shown in inboxes
• New formatting bar with lots of options
• BombBomb integration for video messages
