Replace our chat with Drift's chat to keep communication centralized.
By integrating eWebinar with Drift, you can replace eWebinar's chat with Drift's so that your team can stay within the messaging tool they know.
When you integrate eWebinar with Drift, the default chatbox in your eWebinars will be replaced with Drift's live chat software. Thus, you can keep all chat consolidated within a single system and keep team members in their existing workflows.
Once the integration is set up, you'll be able to enable it under Preferences on the Chat tab when creating/editing your eWebinars.
To set up the Drift integration, log in to your eWebinar account (or sign up for a free trial) then click Integrations in the profile menu, click Drift under Available integrations, and paste in the APP ID from Drift.
