Todd Parmley is the COO of eWebinar, where he oversees product management, content, marketing, SEO, and customer success. He's been with eWebinar since day one, joining when the company was still just an idea, making him one of its earliest builders.
Before eWebinar, Todd spent over 20 years in New York City real estate tech. He was Director of Product at Corcoran for 11 years, where he managed technology products and trained thousands of agents. He also held product roles at Compass and REBNY, and got his start at PropertyShark leading training, sales, and customer support. Across all of those roles, the throughline was always the same: figuring out how to get people to actually adopt and use the technology in front of them.
Earlier in his career, Todd worked with playwrights developing scripts for the stage, a background that still shows up in how he approaches content and storytelling today. That combination of theatrical storytelling and hands-on tech experience gives him a distinct perspective on webinar strategy, from scripting and engagement to getting people to show up, stay, and take action.
Todd writes about webinar best practices, automated webinar strategy, attendee engagement, and use cases across industries. He is also the co-host of Season 2 of the ProfitLed Podcast, "Our Journey to $1M ARR." He has spent years delivering live webinars and building automated ones, so he knows the tradeoffs of both firsthand.
He lives in Brooklyn, New York, and is a lifelong fan of the theatre.
