The Poll interaction is a multiple-choice card. The attendee picks one (or multiple) options and submits. Poll results can be surfaced to the attendee after they vote and can be shown live across the session.
What you can configure
- Question text and answer options.
- Whether multiple choices are allowed.
- When results appear — after the attendee submits, at a specific time, or not at all.
- Whether answering is required to continue. Default prompt: "Submit your response to continue."
- Pause or non-pause behavior.
- Conditional display. See Conditional display logic.
Using poll responses as a branching condition
Because poll responses are stored on the registrant, you can use them in the conditional display of later interactions to branch the session: attendees who voted A see one follow-up, attendees who voted B see a different one.
How to add it
- Open the webinar editor and scrub to the point in the video where you want the interaction to appear.
- Click the + button above the timeline and pick the interaction type from the dropdown (or use See all interactions to browse the full template library).
- Configure its settings in the editor that opens, then save.
