eWebinar can email a team member every time someone registers, or bundle them into a once-a-day digest. The setting is per webinar, under the Registration tab.
Turn it on
- Open the webinar editor and go to the Registration tab.
- Scroll to Registration notifications.
- Toggle Enable registration notifications.
- Pick one of two modes:

| A daily summary | Once per day, listing everyone who registered in the last 24 hours. | Evergreen webinars pulling 10+ registrations/day where per-registrant pings are too noisy. |
Who gets the email
Choose a recipient from the Notified user dropdown. It lists users on your team with the Admin, Creator, Editor, or Moderator role. Only one recipient per webinar; to notify multiple people, create a shared inbox alias and use that.
These alerts are separate from the moderator-15-min-before email (under Chat settings) and from any follow-up emails to the attendee. Registration notifications go to you; the other two go to moderators and attendees respectively.
