Generate and rewrite notifications with AI

eWebinar can draft an entire registrant notification sequence from a short prompt, or rewrite any individual notification in a different tone or length.

Notifications — registrant emails, SMS, and in-app messages — can be generated and refined with AI instead of authored from scratch. Two actions are available: generate a set of notifications for the whole webinar, or rewrite a single notification you already have.

Generate a notification set

From the Notifications tab of the editor, use the AI generate action to produce a sequence covering the standard moments: registration confirmation, pre-session reminders, just-before-session alerts, post-session follow-up, and replay-available messages.

Provide a short prompt describing the webinar's audience and tone ("concise, B2B, urgency on reminders"). The AI drafts each email using the webinar's topic, goal, language, and any existing notifications as reference. Suggestions open in a review modal where you can accept, edit, or reject each one.

Rewrite a single notification

Open any existing notification and use the AI rewrite action. Type what you want ("shorter", "more casual", "drop the CTA and add a Q&A tease") and the AI returns a new draft side-by-side with the original. Accept to apply, or discard to keep the original.

AI output is always staged for review. eWebinar never silently replaces what's live — you accept, edit, or reject each suggestion before it ships.

What the AI is good at

  • Drafting a baseline sequence you can customize.
  • Applying a consistent tone across all of your emails.
  • Translating an existing sequence — just ask, e.g. "translate all of these to German".
  • Tightening a long email or expanding a terse one.

Things to double-check after a rewrite

  • Mail merge variables. If your email uses variables like {firstName} or {sessionTime}, read the rewrite to confirm they're still in a sensible position. Touch up the wording if needed.
  • Compliance language. Any legal/unsubscribe copy should be reviewed after any AI edit.
  • Links. The AI may rewrite button and link labels. Make sure the wording still matches the destination.
