eWebinar lets you share analytics dashboards with people outside your team without giving them a login. There are two distinct share flows depending on what you want to share:
- Webinar analytics share: the Analytics tab of a single webinar.
- Participant analytics share: a cross-webinar view of a participant (the Universal Dashboard's participant page).
Both generate a read-only URL that the recipient can open in any browser, no account needed.
Share a webinar's Analytics tab
- Open the webinar's Analytics tab.
- Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Pick which sections to include. The available toggles are:
- Summary (always included: can't be toggled off)
- Webinar completion & conversion funnel
- Activity schedule
- Attendance, watch time & completion
- Engagement
- Interactions
- Pick an expiry:
- Forever: the link never expires. Good for dashboards you update regularly for a long-running partnership.
- Until end of day on a date you pick: the link automatically stops working at 23:59 in the last time zone on Earth on that day.
- Click to copy the generated URL and send it.
The URL reflects the current filter at the time you generated it, date range, selected webinar variants, etc. If you later want to share a different slice, regenerate the URL with the new filter.
Need to kill previously-issued URLs? Use Disable all share URLs in the same modal: it invalidates every share link generated for this webinar so far. You can still generate new ones afterward.
Share a participant analytics view
With Universal Dashboard enabled, you can also share a participant-level analytics view: one person's activity across all of your webinars. This is useful for sales or CS handoffs where you want to show a teammate (or the participant themselves) a single page that pulls together their full history.
- Open the participant's page in Universal Dashboard.
- Click the Share button.
- Pick an expiry (Forever or Until end of day on a date).
- Click to copy the URL, or use the Facebook / LinkedIn / Twitter quick-share buttons if you want to push it to a social channel.
The participant share modal does not expose section toggles, the participant page is shared as a whole. The only configurable option is expiry.
What the recipient sees
- A clean, read-only version of the dashboard at the filters you chose when generating.
- No eWebinar login wall.
- Live data (not a snapshot): if attendance numbers change later, so does the shared page.
- No access to anything else in your account, anywhere. The URL is tied to just this webinar (or this participant) and just the sections you allowed.
Good hygiene
- Treat share URLs like passwords: anyone with the URL can view the data.
- Use Until end of day expiry for one-off client reviews so the URL stops working after the meeting.
- Use Disable all share URLs after a partnership ends to invalidate every link at once without having to track which ones went to whom.
