Webinar Series add-on

Bundle several eWebinars into an on-demand, automated training series with progress tracking, certification, and a personalized hub for each registrant.

The Webinar Series add-on lets you bundle multiple eWebinars into a single automated training series (onboarding cohort, multi-part course, certification path, etc.) and deliver it on demand to anyone in the world, any time. Every registrant gets a personalized training hub where they can track progress and return to pick up where they left off.

Build a series

  • Create a series from scratch by hand-picking webinars to include.
  • Or create one from a tag — every webinar you tag with that label is automatically added.

Define completion

Set what counts as "completing" each webinar in the series:

  • A minimum watch %.
  • A mandatory quiz.
  • A required task, such as using a specific feature in your product.

Once completion is defined, turn on a progress bar for attendees and, optionally, certification — eWebinar will issue a personalized PDF certificate (or any reward you configure) when attendees finish the full series.

Personalized training hub

Every registrant gets a landing page of their own, automatically personalized, that becomes their central place to return to. From the hub they can:

  • Join the next scheduled webinar.
  • Track their progress through the series.
  • Watch replays of past webinars.
  • Refer back to chat conversations.
  • Collect their certification when they finish.

Universal Dashboard is included

The Universal Dashboard comes bundled with the Webinar Series add-on — you get cross-webinar analytics, a unique registrant list, and a single chat inbox in addition to the series features themselves.

Enable it

Add-ons are enabled on the Subscription page (Profile menu → Subscription, or app.ewebinar.com/home/profile/plan). Scroll to Available add-ons and turn it on there. You must be an account Admin to change subscription settings.
