This guide helps you choose from four scenarios to configure your eWebinar's schedule and chat settings based on your availability and chat response requirements. The recommended default (Scenario 1) maximizes webinar availability with flexible chat response timing, while other scenarios offer strict chat coverage, simulive sessions, or on-demand only options.

Replays in eWebinar give attendees full video control (pause, skip, rewind) and can be watched anytime, unlike other session types that run in real-time without replay access. You can enable replays in your schedule for immediate access or keep them disabled but include replay links in follow-up emails for attendees who miss their registered session.
