Card widget

A styled card with image, description, presenters, and a register CTA — great inside blog posts or as the building block of a webinar library page.

The Card widget is the richest promotional widget in eWebinar. It shows a thumbnail image, webinar title, description, presenter(s), and a register button in a single styled card. On a thank-you page, the same widget type becomes the Session card.

When to use it

  • Inline in blog posts. Drop a card in the body of a post to promote the webinar that's most relevant to that article.
  • Multi-webinar library pages. Embed several Card widgets on a single page to build an on-site webinar library — the way eWebinar's own library is built.
  • As the thank-you widget. Inside the widget wizard's Thank you flow, the Card variant is the "Session card" — see Thank-you widgets.

How to add it

  1. From the eWebinar home page, click Widgets on a published webinar.
  2. In Step 1, pick Registration.
  3. In Step 2, pick Card.
  4. Configure the register-button text, whether the form opens in a popup or inline, and optionally the form type and render type. Then copy the snippet and paste it into your site.

If you want a more compact version of the same widget, use the Box widget instead — it's the Card rendered in a slimmer preset.

Content is baked into the snippet

The Card embeds its title, description, image, and presenter info directly in the snippet's HTML so it renders correctly without waiting for JavaScript. If you change the webinar's title or Sharing image later, regenerate the snippet and replace the existing one on your site — see Update a widget after it's installed.
