Intro, waiting, and exit rooms

eWebinar wraps every session in three optional rooms: a waiting room before the session, an intro video at the start, and an exit room with CTA after the session ends.

eWebinar wraps the main video of every session in up to three optional rooms. They're not required, but each one is a big conversion lever. All three are configured on the Settings tab of the webinar editor.

Waiting room

Shows before the session starts — a countdown page so early arrivals know they're in the right place. It's automatically included for scheduled sessions the attendee joins ahead of the start time. You can customize the look by editing the registration theme (it inherits the webinar's branding).

Intro room

An optional short video that plays at the very start of every session — a brand teaser, logo animation, or "welcome, here's what you'll learn today" clip. Good for making an evergreen webinar feel fresh without editing the main video.

  • Open Settings → Intro room.
  • Toggle it on, upload or pick a video, and optionally add end-screen CTAs.
  • Intro videos play once per session and are not counted toward watch-percentage analytics for the main video.

Exit room

The exit room runs for a configurable number of minutes after the main video ends, giving stragglers a place to land, letting final chat conversations wrap, and keeping conversion interactions (like a Special Offer) open a little longer.

  • Open Settings → Exit room.
  • Set the Exit room duration in minutes (typical values: 5, 10, 15).
  • Add a primary CTA — button text and destination URL — visible to attendees who stayed.
  • Optionally configure a post-exit-room CTA (shown after the exit room expires) and a redirect URL for missed attendees.

Conversion events that fire during the main video can still convert during the exit room — chat stays active and offer timers continue. Don't set the exit room to 0 unless you're intentionally cutting off post-session conversions.
