Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much will I be charged at the end of my free trial?

    Provided you do not cancel before your free trial ends, when it is over, the amount you are charged will be based on the number of active webinars you have at the time, plus any subscription add-ons you have enabled.

    We do not have a free plan. Even if you have no active webinars when your trial ends, you will be charged at Level 1 (plus any add-ons). Please cancel before then, if you do not wish to be charged.

  • Is there a limit to the number of attendees or sessions?

    There is no limit to the number of attendees or number of recurring sessions you can have once you publish a webinar. We want you to have the freedom to drive as many attendees to your webinars as possible without ever having to worry about limitations — or paying more!

  • Do people know it’s pre-recorded?

    We have some customers that let attendees know their webinar is pre-recorded and some that don’t mention whether it’s live or not. Whatever the choice, we recommend being honest with your audience. Though the video is pre-recorded, the interactions are real-time and chat is live.

  • Do I have to be there to monitor chat for every session?

    That’s up to you! If attendees send you a chat message and you respond while they are online, they will get your response in real-time. But if you respond when they are offline, the conversation will get moved to email. So either way, they will be able to hear from you.
