[Transcript] So, obviously eWebinar's a great time saver. I can record something perfect once and then it lives out there. And we're just finding new ways of using eWebinar in our whole process.
My company does software. We make software for real estate agents. And it's a SaaS based company. So anytime you're in a SaaS based company, you want to make your cost of acquisition as low as possible. But also once you get that customer maybe to participate in a free trial or something, you want to make sure they're on a great path. So we're just starting to use eWebinar in our onboarding experience, where we set them on a path of watching these eWebinars, and the fact that they have still an interactivity to it where they can ask questions and participate in polls, helps us understand the kind of client journey as we go through there.
I can record something perfect once and then it lives out there. And we're just finding new ways of using eWebinar in our whole process.
And one of our inbound marketing specialists can answer those questions and interact with them while they're watching the webinar. So there's just a ton of possibilities right now. And I think that we're starting in the marketing realm of it, but as we go through here, we're using it more and more on the product side too. So lots of different ways, and I'm sure we'll be thinking of new ways as we go along using eWebinar.
